This is new to me. I am going to try and keep up this blog with recipes for the different products we grow in season. How I can or freeze them.
Roasted Watermelon Raddish
4 lg watermelon raddish cut into quarters
2 tlbs olive oil
1 tea garlic powder
S & P to taste
Mix all ingredients together, place on cookie sheet bake at 450 till golden brown.
